Custom Orders & Artwork
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate, high-resolution, print-ready artwork when required.
Before placing your order, you are responsible for checking:
- Design size
- Spelling
- Names and numbers
- Colors
- Orientation
- Quantity
- File quality
- Transparent backgrounds
- Gang sheet layout
- Product selection
Colorful Elegance is not responsible for mistakes already present in customer-submitted or customer-approved artwork.
If artwork requires editing, background removal, resizing, cleanup, or design work, additional fees may apply.
Copyright & Artwork Ownership
By uploading artwork, logos, images, text, or other content, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it.
You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted artwork does not violate any copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property rights.
Colorful Elegance reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to involve unauthorized or prohibited content.
Pricing & Payments
All prices shown on the website are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be completed before an order enters production unless another arrangement has been approved in writing.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information during checkout.
If there is an obvious pricing or product listing error, Colorful Elegance reserves the right to cancel or correct the order before fulfillment.
Order Acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation does not always mean that an order has entered production.

Production Times

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are separate from production times.
Colorful Elegance is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Holidays
- Service interruptions
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, returns and refunds are limited.
Orders generally cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

DTF Transfer Application
Customers are responsible for properly applying DTF transfers using suitable equipment, temperature, pressure, timing, and pressing methods.
Heat presses and garment materials can vary, so we recommend testing settings before producing multiple items.
Colorful Elegance is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect application, improper washing, incorrect heat settings, or unsuitable garment materials.
Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, images, and other website information are accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur.
Product colors may also appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, or production materials.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Colorful Elegance will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
