At Colorful Elegance, we work hard to process and ship your DTF transfers, custom gang sheets, apparel, tumblers, crafts, acrylic tags, and other custom products as quickly and carefully as possible.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most orders require time for production before they are shipped. Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Order quantity
  • Artwork readiness
  • Customization requirements
  • Current order volume

Custom and personalized products may take longer than standard items.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm whether the requested timeline is possible.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier handling your package.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Service interruptions
  • Other circumstances outside our control

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the available shipping options for your order and may depend on the package size, weight, destination, and carrier.

Available shipping methods and rates will normally be displayed during checkout.

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number after the order has been shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipping label has been created.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:

  • Around your property
  • With household members
  • With neighbors
  • With your local carrier office

You may also contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery information.

Correct Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your address carefully before completing checkout.

Colorful Elegance is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Colorful Elegance because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or other customer-related issue, additional reshipping charges may apply.

We will contact you when possible to determine the next steps.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.

Colorful Elegance is not responsible for carrier delays or service interruptions. However, if your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help review the available tracking information.

Carrier claims or investigations may be required before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend reporting shipping damage within 3 days of delivery and providing:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • A description of the damage

Please keep the product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Custom Orders

Many products from Colorful Elegance are made to order or personalized, including DTF products, custom apparel, tumblers, crafts, and acrylic items.

Production time for these products may vary depending on the complexity of the order.

Please allow enough time for both production and shipping when ordering for birthdays, events, holidays, business launches, or other important deadlines.
