Return & Refund Policy

At Colorful Elegance, we take pride in providing high-quality DTF transfers, custom gang sheets, personalized apparel, tumblers, crafts, acrylic tags, and other custom products. Because many of our items are made specifically for each customer, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our production process.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Custom & Personalized Items

Most products sold by Colorful Elegance are custom-made, personalized, or produced using customer-submitted artwork. Because these items are created specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, artwork mistakes, or change-of-mind requests.

This includes:

  • DTF transfers
  • DTF gang sheets
  • Custom T-shirts and hoodies
  • Personalized tumblers
  • Custom crafts
  • Acrylic tags
  • Other made-to-order products

Please confirm all sizes, quantities, colors, spelling, artwork, and product selections before completing your purchase.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate, high-resolution, print-ready artwork.

Before placing your order, please check:

  • Spelling and names
  • Design size
  • Image quality
  • Transparent backgrounds
  • Colors
  • Quantity
  • Gang sheet layout
  • Product selection

Colorful Elegance is not responsible for errors that are already present in artwork provided or approved by the customer.

If artwork editing, background removal, resizing, or design cleanup is needed, additional fees may apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend contacting us within 3 days of delivery and providing:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging if the order arrived damaged

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

DTF Transfer Application Issues

We provide general DTF heat press instructions, but application results can vary depending on the heat press, garment material, temperature, pressure, pressing time, and application method.

Colorful Elegance is not responsible for transfers that are damaged or incorrectly applied because of:

  • Incorrect heat press temperature
  • Insufficient or excessive pressure
  • Incorrect pressing time
  • Improper peeling
  • Using a household iron
  • Incompatible garments or materials
  • Incorrect washing or care

We strongly recommend testing your heat press settings before applying multiple transfers.

Order Cancellations

Because many orders move into production quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins.

Once a custom order, gang sheet, transfer, or personalized item has entered production, it cannot usually be cancelled or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately. Cancellation approval is not guaranteed once processing has started.

Shipping Issues

Colorful Elegance is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a package appears lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can help review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return or refund is the result of an error by Colorful Elegance.
